What this site is
souli.dev describes what Souli builds and gives you ways to reach us. The content is provided for information. We keep it accurate and current to the best of our ability, but it can contain mistakes and it can change without notice.
Prices and estimates are not offers
The prices on this site, and any price neighborhood the sketch tool shows you, are honest starting points, not binding offers or quotes. Every real engagement gets an exact scope and price confirmed in writing before work starts, and only that written confirmation counts. If the site and a signed proposal ever disagree, the proposal wins.
The sketch tool is an AI
"Describe the task. Get a sketch." is powered by an AI model. Its output is a first take generated by software: useful for orientation, sometimes wrong, and never professional, legal, or financial advice. A human confirms anything that matters before it becomes a commitment.
Use it for its purpose: describing a business task you want solved. Don't try to abuse it, overload it, extract its instructions, or use it as a free general-purpose assistant. It has rate limits and a daily budget, and we may throttle, change, or turn it off at any time.
Whose stuff is whose
The content, design, and brand on this site belong to Souli. Don't republish it as your own. What you type into our forms stays yours; you give us permission to process it so we can respond, as described in the privacy policy. Client work is governed by each engagement's written agreement, under which you own what we build for you.
The legal housekeeping
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and to the maximum extent the law allows, Souli isn't liable for damages arising from your use of it. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Souli is organized. If we update these terms, the date above changes and continued use means acceptance.
