What we collect, and what we do with it

The contact form

Write to us and we get exactly what you typed: name, email, company, business type, and your message. It lands in our inbox as a plain email, carried by the delivery service we use, which holds its delivery records for about 30 days. We don't file your message in any database, and we use it for exactly one thing: replying to you. A short copy also pings our private team chat the moment it arrives, so the right person sees it fast. To slow down spam bots, the site briefly keeps count of where submissions come from; that count is never saved anywhere. The same quick bot check that guards the sketch tool runs here too, usually invisibly; if a small "checking your browser" box ever appears, that is it working. It looks at technical signals just long enough to tell a person from a script, and it sets no cookies here.

The sketch tool

Describe a task and the sketch is drafted by an AI service working under our contract. Your words are never used to train the AI, and the provider deletes them within 30 days.

We keep a copy of what you asked and the sketch you got, for up to a year. Two reasons, both honest: it shows us which problems businesses actually want solved, and it helps us make the sketch tool better. The copy is stored on its own, with no name or address attached unless you typed one into the description, and we never use it for marketing. Want yours gone? Email us and we'll delete it.

Two small things worth knowing. Your browser remembers the description and the finished sketch until you close the tab, so the contact form can carry them over if you decide to write to us; send that form and the sketch rides along in the email, so the person replying sees what you saw. And to keep bots from hammering the tool, the site notes where each request came from and deletes that note within about a day.

If a small "checking your browser" box appears near the tool, that's a bot check run by a security service. It looks at technical signals from your browser just long enough to tell a person from a script, and it sets no cookies here.

Analytics

We count visits the way a shop counts foot traffic: which pages get read, which get skipped, and where on a page people tap, all in aggregate. Nothing is stored on your device, so every page you open treats you as a brand-new stranger. No ad trackers, nothing follows you around the internet, and no profile of you exists. If the site breaks in your browser, we also get a technical report of the error so we can fix it; the report names the page, not you. The counting is done by our analytics provider, in the United States.

Cookies, of which there are none

This site sets no cookies. Not for analytics, not for marketing, not "essential" ones that turn out to be neither. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing on your device to consent to. Two footnotes: the sketch handoff above lives only in your browser and clears when the tab closes, and the outside services below may set their own cookies when you choose to use them.

Booking

If you book a call, scheduling runs through our booking service, which processes the details you enter (name, email, the time you pick, and the notes on the form, where your sketch rides along if you made one) to put the meeting on both calendars, and may use its own cookies inside the booking window. Our private team chat gets a ping with the booking details too, so we show up prepared.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted in the United States. Like practically every host on the internet, our hosting provider keeps standard visit logs; we use them only to keep the site up and safe.

What we never do

We do not sell your data, rent it, trade it, share it for marketing, or use it for advertising. No exceptions, no "trusted partners." The only companies that touch data for us are the handful of services described above: email delivery, AI drafting, analytics, bot protection, booking, and hosting. Want the current list with names? Your rights

Wherever you live, we'll honor the strong version of your rights: ask what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will, promptly and without making you fill out a form about the form. If you're in the EU or UK, our lawful bases are the ones you'd expect: responding when you contact us, and our legitimate interest in running a working, un-abused website. If you're in California: we don't sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines those terms, and we won't treat you differently for exercising any right.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16; if you believe we have, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes, questions, deletion

If we change what the site collects, this page changes first and the date at the top moves. Want to know what we have about you, or want it gone? Email info@souli.dev and we'll handle it. A human reads that inbox.
