Never miss another call
AI answering and intake that picks up when you can't. It captures the job, books the appointment, and texts you a summary, whether you're on a roof or with a patient.
How the phone gets answeredCustom software & AI for real businesses
Custom tools and AI for businesses of every size, built by senior product people and engineers. You get your evenings back.
Most software is built for someone else's business: too generic to fit yours, too rigid to bend, and priced like it's doing you a favor. So the real work keeps living in paper, spreadsheets, and one person's memory.
We build the other kind: software that fits how your business already works, not the other way around.
And a soft spot, admitted freely: we love helping the small beat the big. The big guys have IT departments and seven-figure software budgets. You have us. We think you got the better deal.

Estimating and quoting tools that turn site notes, photos, and takeoffs into a priced proposal before your competitor's estimator has opened a laptop.

Document automation that reads invoices, work orders, intake forms, and shipping docs, then files them into QuickBooks, your CRM, or your job folders. Nobody re-keys anything.

Dashboards and integrations that sit on top of the tools you already use (Jobber, ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, Shopify, the spreadsheets) so the numbers you run the business on are one glance away instead of one export away.

Souli is a young studio built by people who have shipped products that made real money for real companies. The builds on our bench aren't public yet, so instead of a logo wall we'll show you the real thing on a call, actual code included. You get senior attention on every detail, and we get a reference we intend to earn.
01
Tell us the task you'd love to never do again. We'll tell you honestly whether software can fix it, and if we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
02
Most projects start with the Field Audit. We spend time inside your operation and map where the hours and dollars leak. You get a ranked plan with ROI math and a fixed price for each fix; simple builds skip straight to a written quote.
03
Working software reaches your hands by week two, with a demo every week after that. Once it ships we stick around for monitoring, fixes, and improvements. You own the code, the accounts, and the data from day one.
Custom software has a reputation for six-figure invoices and vendors who vanish after launch. Here's how we do it instead. Every price below gets confirmed in writing before we start, and any build can split into monthly payments, because cash flow is real. You pay once and it's yours forever; nobody should rent you your own software back at $2,000 a month. Fair warning: we're a young studio earning a name, and the prices reflect it. They'll grow up as our case studies do.
The Field Audit$990 fixed
Every engagement starts here. We spend a week or two inside your operation and map where the hours and dollars leak, then hand you a ranked plan with ROI math and a fixed quote for each fix. Fully credited toward any build within 90 days. And if we can't find at least three fixes worth making, it's free.

Souli Care Lite
from $495 a month
Keeps it running: hosting, monitoring, and small fixes handled quietly in the background. Included free for the first year on any monthly build plan.
Souli Care
$1,500 a month
Keeps it improving: everything in Lite, plus a prioritized queue of improvements from the same people who built it.
Bigger operations get a custom plan. Either way: 30-day notice, and your data exports any time.
Every engagement starts in the same place: a 20-minute call with a senior builder. Wondering which shape your task is? Get a sketch and see the price neighborhood.
Souli is a small team of product people and engineers with a track record of shipping software that makes money and saves time. The people who build your software are the ones on your calls and answering your email. There are no account managers and no junior handoffs, and we take a few clients at a time so every one gets our full attention.
Less than the horror stories suggest. The Field Audit is $990 flat and credits toward your build. A first project usually starts around $7,500, bigger builds run $15,000 to $25,000 and up, and any of them can split into monthly payments. You get the exact number in writing before we write any code, we don't bill hourly, and we don't ambush you with change orders. If a project isn't worth the money, we'll tell you so on the first call.
The Field Audit takes one to two weeks. Most first builds ship in two to eight weeks, and you'll have working software in your hands by week two. We demo every week, so you always know where things stand.
You do. Code, data, accounts, and documentation are yours in the contract from day one. If we ever part ways, everything keeps working, and any competent developer can pick it up where we left off.
No, and you usually shouldn't. Most of our work sits on top of the tools you already run: we connect them and automate the gaps between them, so the numbers they hold end up in one place. We only replace a tool when it has genuinely earned replacing.
No. You need to know your business; turning that into working software is the part you're hiring us for. We also won't sprinkle AI where it doesn't belong. Plenty of expensive problems have boring, reliable fixes with no AI in them, and we'll always tell you which is which.
Your call. Souli Care starts at $495 a month for hosting, monitoring, and small fixes, and it's included free for the first year when you pay for a build monthly. $1,500 a month adds a prioritized queue of improvements from the same people who built it. Prefer to run it yourself? We hand everything off cleanly, documented and owned by you.
A fair question, and it shapes how we build: boring, well-documented, industry-standard technology, owned outright by you. Nothing about your software depends on us staying in business. Small is also the reason the work is good. You get senior builders and a straight line to them, not a message relayed through three layers of account management.
An in-house developer runs $120,000 or more a year, needs management, and most small businesses don't have a year of work for one. Offshore is cheap per hour, but you become the project manager. We're the third option: senior builders at fixed prices, with none of the management overhead. We already made our expensive mistakes on our own dime.
Different question? Ask us directly. Not sure software can even fix yours? Get a sketch and find out honestly.
Write it the way you'd say it out loud. Plain words are perfect, and two sentences are plenty to get us started.
Here to book a call? Same form for now. Give us a time that works and we'll hold the 20 minutes.
Your note goes straight to a senior builder, not a sales inbox.
You get an honest reply within one business day, even if the answer is we're not the fit.
If it's a fit, we book 20 minutes with the person who'd actually build it.
